BLUP is not liable for any customs duties, taxes, or other regulatory charges. Similarly, if a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or failure to meet your country’s regulatory requirements, we cannot offer refunds for these situations.

RETURNS

Online Purchases:

Not totally smitten with your purchase from Studio BLUP? No worries. You can send your items back to us within 14 days of receiving them, as long as they are in their perfect, original, saleable condition, with the original packaging and tags intact. Don’t forget to include a completed returns form with your items.

Additional Rights for UK Customers:

For our UK customers, you've got extra statutory rights. You can cancel your online orders from the moment you place them until 14 days after receiving your goods.

Want to cancel? Just fill out a cancellation form or drop us an email at hello@studioblup.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Remember, returned goods must be in their original, pristine condition, complete with packaging and tags, within 14 days.

All online returns should be directed to: Studio BLUP, 81 THE CUT, LONDON, SE18LL.

Please note, items bought online must be returned via mail and cannot be returned in-store. You'll need to cover the return shipping costs for any non-faulty items. We recommend sending your returns via a tracked service for your peace of mind.

Online store purchases must be returned online and are not eligible for in-store returns.

**Exceptions:**

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear or swimwear unless they are faulty or not as described. The same goes for any sealed products where the seal is broken, and fragrances, unless unopened and untampered with.

**Exchanges:**

We don't reserve stock for exchanges. If you're looking for a different item, return your original purchase per this policy and then place a new order online or find your item in-store, stock permitting.

**Refunds:**

Refunds for online returns will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. In-store returns will be refunded on the spot.

Please note, we may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the items if they're not returned in mint condition.

**Faulty Items:**

Got something faulty or not as described? You're entitled to a return, exchange, or refund within 30 days of receipt. If it's been over 30 days, we might opt to repair or replace the item first. We'll foot the bill for the return postage of any faulty or misdescribed items purchased online.

This does not cover items discounted due to known faults.
